Axia has approvals with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, & USDA. Retail Loan Originators have access to two channels of products: Retail (Correspondent) & Wholesale (Brokered). This combination allows for countless potential product solutions. To assist in navigating these loan solutions, Axia has developed The Investor HUB, our internal product matrix to assist in narrowing the scope of your product search to find the best solution to get your borrower home.
